Ordinary polystyrene (General Purpose Poly Styrene)
Regular polystyrene, also known as GPPS, is a material made from the polymer styrene monomer. This solid and transparent product is produced by the suspension process. This product is also known as crystal clear polystyrene and is very different from high impact polystyrene (HIPS). GPPS can be converted into a wide range of products by being converted into granular form. This product has several useful properties such as strength, weather resistance, etc., which make it ideal for use in various industrial applications. GPPS flows freely and easily. Regular polystyrene has a very low production cost, is easy to store, and is easily molded. These features make GPPS products versatile and recyclable.
